Women Are Taking Over The Business Market

Statistics show that women own more than half of the businesses in Ghana. 46% of business owners are women, women set examples for their communities. They're seen as very strong representations of leaders, they provide for their families while working hard on their crafts. Entrepreneurship has proven to be one of the fastest way women in Ghana can strive to be successful and demand respect. Women are advancing and beating standards, the job these women usually take on wary depending on what they care for. Some Ghanaian women sell food, clothing, jewelry and even braid hair. I feel that this is a wonderful movement within the country, women are prospering and setting examples for their children. Every day women are a step closer to being the lead suppliers of Ghana, and soon the 46% will move up to 70%.
